Our Room Reps also working with our teachers to collect a “wish list.” When we receive it, they will be creating a Sign-Up Genius if you wish to “donate” a book to the classroom. This will take the place of the carousel that is usually at the physical book fair every year for teachers. Please be on the look out for the Sign up Genius email coming your way soon. The Special Election for the School Board Referendum Vote is on January 28. In order to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment and provide for facilities infrastructure needs, the Board of Education has unanimously approved a plan to complete four priority school building capital projects. By using 1.67 million dollars in State grant monies and existing dollars from the District’s Capital Reserve Account it is anticipated that no new tax dollars will be raised to pay for the projects … That’s an anticipated TAX IMPACT of $0.Click here fore more information and attend the information session tomorrow, January 13, 7:00 pm at LVMS.
